It was another poor performence by English side under Fabio Capellow, even though they were playing at home ground still could not defeat Hungary as the away side looked the better of the two. England started out fairly well but when it comes to final third dont seem to have any clue whether how to finish things off.
Hungary took the lead when Zoltan gerra raced through the defence of england and he crossed it towards the goal, and in another controversial circumstances lilins gave the goal as it was not clear whehter ball was over the line or not. Captain S. Gerrard came to rescue of England as he scored to make it 1-1. Gerrard scored again to win the match for England.
