Tottenham have missed out on the signing of Hugo Lloris after the Frenchman signed for Lyon earlier today.
Spurs were thought to be considering a move for the 21 year old, however now that his £6.7 million move to Lyon is complete they will turn their attentions to Scotland international Allan McGregor. For full story click here.
The shot stopper joins the French highfliers from Nice where he has made 72 appearances in Ligue 1. There are high hopes for Lloris in the future of the French first team and he may be wearing the number 1 shirt for Les Bleus come South Africa 2010.
