Tottenham are planning a move for Former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan. The Atletico Madrid frontman has impressed since leaving the Premier League giants back in 2004 at both Atletico and Villarreal. The 29-year old is said to be open to a move back to England and Juande Ramos is ready to offer him the chance at White Hart Lane.
Spurs have been linked with several names this summer, mainly in the striking the department as they look to replace Robbie Keane. Forlan would likely cost Spurs at least £7 million and I feel if Ramos could get the best out of the player he could turn out to be a bargain at that price.
